Information to be provided to RTA, if holding shares in physical form
The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has vide various circulars mandated the submission of PAN, KYC details and nomination by holders of physical securities and linking PAN with Aadhar. Shareholders holding shares in physical form are requested to submit their PAN, KYC, nomination details, Bank details and Email ID in the prescribed forms to Company’s RTA i.e. KFin Technologies Private Limited, Selenium Tower B, Plot No.31-32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad 500 032, Telangana, India or email at einward.ris@kfintech.com along with Name and folio numbers.
