Appointment and Resignation of Directors

• Mr. Mangalam Ramasubramanian Kumar is appointed as an Independent Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f 01.04.2024
• Mr.K.Ragunathan has retired as an Independent Non-Executive Director and ceased to be Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company on closing hours of March 31, 2024 upon completion of his second term.
• Dr.(Mrs) Avnit Bimal Singh, an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company, resigned w.e.f. 11.02.2024
• Dr. Deepali Pant Joshi has been appointed as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 10.02.2024.
• Dr. Satakarni Makkapati has been appointed as a Non-executive and Non-independent director of the Company w.e.f November 9, 2023.
• Dr.M.Sivakumaran resigned as Wholetime Director and Director of the Company w.e.f. 24.08.2023.
• Mr. Santanu Mukherjee appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 09.02.2023
• In view of temporary inability to perform executive functions of the Company by Mr.P. Sarath Chandra Reddy, he has been relieved from his executive responsibilities he was performing as a whole time director. However, he will continue to remain as director on the Board of the Company.
• Mr.K. Nithyananda Reddy, Vice Chairman & Whole-time Director has been re-designated as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director w.e.f. 01.01.2022
• Mr.N.Govindarajan resigned as Managing Director and Director of the Company w.e.f. 01.01.2022.
• Mr.M. Sitarama Murty has retired as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on closing hours of March 31, 2021 upon completion of his second term.
• Mr. Girish Paman Vanvari is appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 05.11.2020
