To work as Interface between Corporate Finance & Accounts and Finance & Accounts of JV/WOS/Branch/Rep Office outside India |

Ensuring Compliance of adhering to the laws, rules and regulations of India with regard to JVs/WOS/Branch/Rep Offices abroad. Submission of Applications, Requests & Periodical Reports and lessoning with RBI and other related Statutory Departments with the help of Corporate finance Dept. |

Interface between Corporate Accounts and Finance & Accounts of JV/WOS/Branch/ Rep Office for the monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual accounts for consolidation and for Periodical Audit Reports |

Approval /instructions for All remittances after proper authorizations:

From Corporate Finance & Accounts to JV/WOS/Branch/ Rep Office for Revenue Expenditure / Capital Expenditure, Investments, Loans or other payments |
| b) |
From JV/WOS/Branch/Rep Office to Corporate Finance for Loan Repayments, Interest Payments, Payments for supplies or other payments |

Supporting Heads/CEOs/ Finance Department of JV/WOS/Branch/Rep Office Periodical and MIS Reports and consolidating them for presentation to Top Management. |

Risk Management of Investments, Assets, Employees, Receivables / Payables and Business in consultation and along with the CEOs/ Heads of JV/WOS/Branch/Rep Office outside India |

Establishing and Reviewing Controls, Control systems and Procedures for Working Capital Management, Revenue Expenditure and Capital Expenditure in all JV/WOS/Branch/ Rep Offices |
